Business Analyst - Business Engineering/Analysis/AML & KYC/Process Analysis/UAT

Project:

For a project assignment in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d). The focus is on analysing business processes, deriving functional requirements, and defining test cases for User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing business processes in the banking environment as well as identify problems and optimisation potentials.
• Gather, structure, and document functional requirements based on identified process issues.
• Functional analysis of questions in the areas of AML/KYC, deposit protection, TmeR/GmeR or related regulatory topics.
• Definition and documentation of test cases for User Acceptance Tests to verify the functional requirements.
• Coordination of requirements and test cases with the relevant departments and project participants.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Business Engineer or Business Analyst in the banking environment.
• Extensive experience in AML, KYC, deposit protection, TmeR or GmeR or similar topics.
• Experience in analysing business processes and deriving requirements.
• Experience in defining test cases for User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Languages:

• German fluent (C1 / C2 level)
• English at B2 level
