Your Craft

• You coordinate our tender management from project search and tendering through processing submissions to entering and tracking offers.
• As the central contact person, you reliably keep track of deadlines, documents, and open points related to our tenders and submissions.
• You think ahead and further develop processes as well as (digital) forms in the tender area and construction administration.
• You support our site managers and project leaders in project administration and are thus close to the construction activities.
• Additionally, you contribute to invoicing, human resources, and daily administrative tasks.

Your Foundation

• You have a commercial basic education and bring experience in tender management, project administration, or a comparable environment. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• You work independently, in a structured way, and with a lot of initiative, keeping an overview even with demanding tasks.
• You follow up when information is missing and reliably bring topics to completion.
• You have a feel for numbers and technology and understand complex contexts.
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself in a service-oriented manner – additional languages such as French, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus.
