We at Bachtelen support children and young people who are in challenging life situations with heart, mind, and often with a touch of humor. In a strong team, both humanly and professionally, we shape the daily lives and leisure of the children together.
In our residential groups in Grenchen, eight children and young people of school age live together. We promote their personal development and support them in academic, social, and emotional matters – around the clock, 365 days a year.
Close collaboration with parents is particularly important to us – we want to build, promote, and support bridges. We rely on trust, stability, and genuine relationship building.
We are looking for a permanent position of 60 – 90 % starting immediately or by agreement
a social worker FH / HF
for our residential groups at Bachtelenstrasse 24, 2540 Grenchen.
