Application Manager

Tasks

• You take responsibility for the city’s standard applications including release, change, vulnerability and patch management.
• You provide 3rd level support for the city’s standard applications.
• You advise and support the city’s service departments on questions regarding the integration of client software.
• You provide instructions and documentation for the creation of software packages.
• You provide 3rd level support for the city’s Windows client.
• You collaborate with external software suppliers and manufacturers.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in an ITC profession or several years of experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity
• Experience in operation and technical support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Strong quality and process understanding
• Analytical skills and structured working method
• Communication and coordination skills as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
