Your Job

• You are responsible for the continuous development of the central ERP solution ams.erp
• You gather the requirements of the specialist departments and coordinate the implementation in collaboration with external service providers
• You take on the role of project manager in larger projects, e.g. when integrating new clients
• The coordination of system and interface updates passes through your hands

Additionally

• You regularly train the key users
• You are the first point of contact for support requests concerning ams.erp
• You document the operational processes and system configurations
• You have the opportunity to take the lead in ERP application management and mentor an employee

Your Profile

• Completed education/training in computer science, business informatics or business administration
• Several years of experience in supporting ERP systems
• Ideally knowledge of ams.erp or comparable industrial business applications for project-oriented single-item production
• Understanding of business processes is a prerequisite
• Your knowledge of MS SQL Server / SQL rounds off your profile
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (Level C1) are mandatory

• You appreciate short communication paths and direct exchange with the specialist departments
