Do you like taking responsibility, pitching in yourself, and keeping an overview even in a lively production environment? Then a responsible and versatile role with scope for creativity awaits you with us. Depending on the function, you will either lead our Refinement AMF team or support the team leadership as deputy and take responsibility for the area in their absence.

Your tasks Together, you ensure the leadership and coordination of a motivated team of around 15 to 20 employees as well as an optimal flow of goods and production. This includes personnel planning and deployment, leadership and development of employees, and ensuring a smooth production process. After appropriate training, you will operate and lead the plant independently. Our technical department will support you with technical questions. Together with production and quality assurance, you continuously optimise processes and ensure efficient, timely production as well as compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards.

Your profile You have completed training as a certified meat specialist or cook and ideally bring professional experience in a comparable position – preferably in the fresh meat sector. For the role of team leader, you already have leadership experience. For the position of deputy team leader, we also welcome individuals who want to take the next step and specifically develop into a leadership role. You enjoy leading people, think entrepreneurially, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. An organised, reliable, and quality-oriented working style, a sense of responsibility, and clear and appreciative communication in German characterise you.
