Your Job

• You support users in 1st and 2nd level support
• You analyse technical faults and find pragmatic solutions
• You install, configure and maintain clients, peripherals and mobile devices
• You assist in the operation of Windows servers, Microsoft 365 and network components
• You help manage user accounts, permissions and group policies
• You ensure that IT problems are properly documented and sustainably resolved

Additionally

• You participate in smaller infrastructure projects
• You support migrations, rollouts and system adjustments
• You handle support requests in a structured manner via a ticket system
• You monitor systems, detect anomalies and initiate appropriate measures
• You contribute to the further development of internal IT processes
• You gradually grow stronger towards system engineering

Your Profile

• Completed training in computer science, for example computer scientist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable further education
• Professional experience in IT support, service desk or system administration
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networks, servers, clients, IT security, virtualisation etc.
• Enjoy explaining technical topics clearly
• Interest in developing professionally towards system engineering
