Specialist Trust Medical Service (all)
How you shape health
- You analyse and assess medical reports and benefit applications with a focus on KLV
- You develop medical recommendations and assessments under trust medical supervision
- You triage medical and non-medical documents
- You ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- You contribute to efficient and compliant case processing in CASEnet
- You support the specialist departments with medical questions
- You work closely with trust doctors on particularly complex cases
What sets you apart
- Completed paramedical training (pharmaceutical assistant, MPA, or similar)
- You have medical expertise and ideally bring experience from a health insurance claims department
- Strong decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, precise working style, and ability to communicate complex matters clearly
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (native level), French or Italian skills are an advantage
