As part of a long-term project with one of our clients, an energy supplier in the Zurich area, we are looking for a

Employee in Planning and Inventory of Network Services

You will support the daily business in the subprocesses of planning and inventory: technical-administrative processing of installation orders related to measuring, control and communication devices as well as analysis and follow-up in case of faults.

Planning

• Independent processing of business cases and orders in the planning subprocess
• Analysis, definition, creation and processing of incoming orders in the area of measuring, control and communication devices
• Recording and updating order-relevant information in SAP and other systems
• Technical and administrative order handover, support and accompaniment of orders
• Verification of technical installation data and maintenance of master data
• Preparation, parameterisation and provision of measuring, control and communication devices Coordination and alignment with implementation

Inventory

• Independent processing of business cases in the inventory process step
• Analysis of fault cases in the systems
• Initiation and accompaniment of necessary rectification orders
• Management of materials in the provision warehouses
• Maintenance of the associated master data

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electrical planner EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or telematics technician EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in planning and installation of electrical and communication installations and/or in fault analysis of such systems
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident MS Office and PC skills
• Ideal: initial SAP experience and affinity for measuring, control and communication devices
• Team-oriented, proactive and independent; analytical, solution-oriented thinking; precise and structured working method
