About the job

 Your main tasks:

• Preparation and creation of tenders
• Creating and editing offers, change orders and measurements as well as partial and final invoices
• Monitoring of results, order and cost accounting
• Coordination of work and site management
• Execution of AVOR and material procurement
• Ensuring the flow of communication between all parties involved
• Customer advice in the field of plant and electrical engineering including conception and planning as well as direct contact person for project participants
• Leading project executions and planning optimal staff deployment
• Acquiring follow-up or additional orders and expanding the customer base
• Creation and presentation of project offers, change orders and time and material billing

Your professional and social skills:

• You are the leader of our electrical projects - your work turns our customers into fans
• Basic training as an electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) complemented by specialised further training, e.g. federally certified electrical installer, electrical project manager or safety advisor with federal certificate
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry
• A professional network in your region is an advantage
• Native German speaker or at least very good knowledge
• Skilled in IT handling
• Confident and winning manner, service-oriented type, self-initiated, flexible, quick comprehension, very reliable, willing to perform, team player
• Willingness to contribute to the company’s success with entrepreneurial thinking and high customer orientation
• Expertise in terms of the NIV is a plus
