Your Tasks
- You accompany and care for our residents holistically, individually and resource-oriented.
- You take responsibility for professional, person-centred care and promote the independence and quality of life of our residents.
- You plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing measures independently and according to current professional standards.
- You recognise changes in health status early, initiate appropriate measures and work closely with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals.
- You document the nursing process carefully and ensure seamless information transfer.
- You take on treatment nursing tasks – including the safe and responsible management and administration of medication.
- You actively contribute to a respectful living and residential atmosphere and help shape the daily life of our residents.
- You work in a committed interdisciplinary team and bring your ideas for the continuous development of our nursing quality and processes.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe), certified nurse or equivalent qualification
- Joy and enthusiasm for working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a good sense of humour
- Motivation, professionalism and an open heart
- Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes
