To support the head of personnel administration, we are immediately looking for a
HR Clerk / HRM Assistant (50%, m/f/d)

Your responsibilities and area of work
- HR work from A to Z: Handling personnel administration for all topics of the HR life cycle (entries, changes, exits including certificate creation)
- Important contact point: Contact person for employees and supervisors on all personnel-related matters
- Application management: Assistance with administrative and organisational tasks
- Teamwork is everything: Support and deputise for the head of personnel administration (mutually) as well as close cooperation with other departments
- Coordination of the apprenticeship system
Your skills distinguish you
- Commercial basic training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting
- Further training in the HR field (clerk level)
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Independent, careful and service-oriented working style
- Sense of responsibility with a high degree of discretion
- Resilient, team- and solution-oriented personality
- Confident use of the MS Office suite
- System knowledge of LOBOS and/or PEP Polypoint is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and confident German in spoken and written form
Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen
We offer a home to around 100 people in need of care and partly suffering from dementia in 3 residential buildings.
Our goal is to maintain and promote the autonomy of our residents for as long as possible.
An important contribution to this is made by our around 130 committed and qualified employees who give their best every day for the well-being of the residents.
