Head of Human Resources - Member of the Executive Board

Together with your three-person team, you are responsible for the entire HR life cycle – from entry to exit – ensuring professional, reliable, and service-oriented personnel work. You combine operational day-to-day business with the conceptual and strategic development of the HR area. As a member of the executive board, you contribute the personnel and organisational perspective to company-wide issues and advise the director and managers on an equal footing. You further develop the personnel strategy, recruitment, personnel development, and employer branding, and accompany change processes with due consideration. As a pragmatic leader, you actively participate in daily operations, take on operational HR tasks yourself if necessary, and support your team where your involvement is needed. At the same time, you ensure contemporary HR tools, meaningful decision-making bases, and efficient digital processes. The further development of health, absence, and case management as well as constructive collaboration with the social partner complement your diverse range of tasks.

You have a commercial or technical basic education as well as advanced training in Human Resource Management, for example as a federally certified Head of Human Resources, a MAS in Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience and are familiar with the requirements of a professionally managed HR department from practice. You are confident in operational implementation as well as in conceptual development, provide convincing advice at different hierarchical levels, and have successfully accompanied change and digitalisation projects. Very good knowledge of ABACUS or solid experience with a comparable HR and ERP system as well as a good understanding of business management contexts complete your profile. With your honest, trustworthy, and solution-oriented manner, you gain acceptance, lead your team appreciatively and reliably, and convince through advisory competence, diplomatic skill, and assertiveness.
