Your mission
- You will carry out implementation, configuration, and support projects for Abacus modules for our clients.
- You will assist our clients in analyzing their needs and implementing optimal solutions.
- You will provide support and training to users to optimize their use of the ERP.
- You will be responsible for resolving technical and functional issues related to Abacus.
- You will be a source of proposals for our clients in the search for high value-added solutions and processes.
- You will collaborate with our internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth integration of the modules.
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the evolution of proposed solutions.
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience with one or more Abacus modules.
- A deep knowledge of the Abacus software and its various settings is essential.
- Experience in payroll management or accounting is an asset.
- An interest in Time Management and Payroll modules
- You have a good command of Excel and common IT tools.
- You possess good interpersonal skills and enjoy assisting clients in the digitalization of their HR and accounting processes.
- You are autonomous, solution-oriented, and know how to manage your priorities effectively.
- Good knowledge of English
