Your challenge

• Competent and responsible care of patients in complex and unstable situations in the IMC and recovery room area
• Implementation and monitoring of differentiated pain therapy, ensuring neurological monitoring and carrying out specific therapeutic measures
• Early recognition of clinical deteriorations and acute life-threatening situations as well as initiation of necessary measures
• Recognition and competent action in emergency situations as well as active participation in the resuscitation team
• Assuming additional responsibilities in daily ward routine, for example as shift leader, as well as participation in internal ward tasks and projects
• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other involved professional groups to ensure high-quality and patient-centred care

What you get

• 40-hour week
• Paid or compensable changing time (15 min/day / 6.5 days off/year)
• 15 minutes paid break per day
• Night shift allowance CHF 10.-/h plus 20% time credit
• Weekend, public holiday and late shift allowance CHF 8.-/h
