Specialist: Payment Investigation

In the Operations division of Zürcher Kantonalbank, you dedicate yourself daily to efficient and high-quality processing procedures as well as high customer satisfaction. Our Payment Investigation team belongs to the Payment Operations area and conducts investigations and recoveries of processed domestic and international payments. In a dynamic environment, you contribute to continuously developing our processes and critically questioning existing practices.

• Handling and professional responsibility for investigation requests concerning domestic and international payments
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders such as customers, product management, legal, correspondent banks, and service providers
• Analysing, questioning, and optimising existing payment transaction processes
• Contributing to the development of systems and tools in the payment transaction area
• Shaping and implementing innovations and projects in the Payment Operations field

• Completed basic training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification); a degree is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in Banking Operations
• Ideally familiar with messaging standards in payment transactions (such as SIC, Swift, SEPA, Instant Payment) or demonstrated willingness to commit long-term in this area
• Enjoyment in continuously optimising and developing payment transaction processes and systems as well as working in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
