Your Responsibilities
The PO Nänikon within our Lab Division supports leading companies from the pharmaceutical, chemical, and CDMO/CRMO sectors in efficiently and purposefully advancing their process development and scale-up activities.
With our technologies for synthesis, sampling, and reaction analysis, as well as our established iC Suite software, we create the foundation for well-informed decisions in research and production.
As additional support, our Quality Engineering & Customer Return Team at our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee is seeking a committed individual as
Quality Engineer 100% (all genders).
In this role, you will undertake the following tasks:
- You will take a central role in quality assurance and work closely with various departments
- You will actively participate in the documentation and management of quality processes
- You will track quality issues together with relevant stakeholders, think critically and structurally, and contribute to sustainable solutions
- You will collaborate closely with teams from R&D, production, supply chain, and procurement, contributing to quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle
- You will support internal and external audits and make an important contribution to compliance with regulatory requirements
- You will promote quality awareness within the company through training and active communication
- You will be involved in exchanges with suppliers and customers
- You will coordinate quality review meetings and ensure follow-up on actions
- You will lead task forces and projects for production analysis and output optimisation.
- Completed bachelor’s degree, ideally in electronics, mechanical engineering, materials science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in regulated environments as well as sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and ATEX/Ex directives
- Certifications such as CQE or Six Sigma Yellow Belt are advantageous
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style as well as team orientation
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of problem-solving
- The ability to prioritise multiple topics simultaneously, manage them in a structured way, and adapt flexibly to changes
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally complemented by SAP
- Very good German and English skills
