Desired profile
- You hold a higher education degree in finance, accounting, management control or a comparable course
- You have several years of experience in a management control and/or cost accounting role, preferably in an environment where cost and performance analysis is important
- You master the main mechanisms related to costs, margins, profitability, budgets as well as valuation methods
- You are comfortable with financial analysis, forecasting, variance monitoring, reporting and identifying improvement opportunities
- You use Excel and ERP tools with ease
- You know how to structure, interpret and synthesise complex data volumes to extract clear and useful information for decision-making
- You communicate confidently and can adapt your explanations to interlocutors with different levels of financial knowledge
- Your ability to explain, listen and create constructive dialogue around financial and performance issues is a central element of the role

- Highlight opportunities to increase economic efficiency and propose suitable optimisation approaches
- Ensure the quality and consistency of information from operational activities used for cost calculations and financial analyses
- Present financial data clearly and concisely to facilitate understanding and use by interlocutors from different professions
