Due to a succession in our well-established team, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented individual. In this versatile role, you will support our customers throughout Switzerland and accompany their orders from enquiry to successful completion.

Your future tasks

• You will support our customers by telephone and in writing.
• You will prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• You will coordinate scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.
• You will monitor delivery dates and ensure reliable order processing.
• You will handle complaints, returns, as well as repair and calibration orders.
• You will carry out goods receipt bookings and assist with administrative warehouse management and invoice control.
• You will maintain customer, article, and order data in our ERP system.
• If you have a technical interest, you can gradually contribute to telephone product advice after training.

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally as a commercial clerk EFZ, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in order processing, internal sales, or customer service
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• Good French and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 or MS Office
• Ideally experience with an ERP system
• Structured, independent, and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a flair for technical products
• High flexibility to support your colleagues in our four-person team as needed to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
