We are looking for a committed specialist in system technology to strengthen our dynamic team and take our IT infrastructure to the next level.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the technical maintenance of the network and server infrastructure of the cloud platform
• You implement our cloud platforms according to a standard and are responsible for their operation and maintenance
• You assist in analysing, troubleshooting, and optimising our cloud services
• Comply with ISO 27001 ISMS guidelines
• 2nd-level IT support
• Further development of existing processes
• Automation of new and existing processes using PowerShell

Your qualifications

• Completed basic training in computer science, specialising in system technology
• Several years of professional experience in system technology
• Experience in direct customer contact
• Very good knowledge of the Windows server ecosystem as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure basic services (Microsoft 365, Azure Entra-ID Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration
• Very good German language skills as well as good English skills (B1 level)
