This is what your working day with us looks like

• You are the contact person for our employees and managers in all HR-related matters
• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit (excluding payroll processing)
• You organise and coordinate internal events and offerings that strengthen togetherness, promote exchange and focus on the well-being of our employees
• You ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and our HR data remains up to date
• You participate in various HR projects and contribute your ideas

This is how you convince us

• You have several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment
• You hold a professional HR certificate or are currently on the path to obtaining one
• You have a good sense for the different needs of employees and managers
• Administrative tasks are as much a part of an exciting HR role for you as personal advice to employees and managers
• You move confidently between empathy and clarity and know when tact and when assertiveness are required
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work solution-oriented and pragmatically
