For our local office in Grindelwald, we are looking for a committed individual from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement, who enjoys taking responsibility, leading people and actively shaping the operational day-to-day on site.
You have experience in an operational, customer-oriented work environment and want to take the next step into a versatile leadership role?
Then this position is a good fit for you.
Your tasks – versatile, operational and close to the guest
- You are responsible for the operational daily routine of our local office in Grindelwald and ensure that our guests are well cared for on site.
- You organise arrivals and departures, coordinate processes and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
- You maintain contact with our apartment owners as well as with local partners and organisations.
- You coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs of the holiday apartments – together with our handyman, external service providers and the local team.
- You conduct quality checks in the apartments and ensure that necessary measures are implemented promptly.
- You take on administrative tasks related to reservations, office organisation and personnel matters.
- You lead a team of up to 7 permanent employees in the areas of office, cleaning and maintenance as well as additional hourly staff.
- You represent Interhome professionally on site and take on on-call duties according to the deployment plan.
What you bring with you
- A completed vocational training, preferably related to service, sales, retail, hospitality, tourism or a comparable sector.
- Several years of professional experience in an operational environment – for example in branch management in retail, hospitality, tourism or a customer-oriented service function.
- Initial or solid leadership experience and enjoyment in accompanying, organising and developing teams in daily work.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a good sense for quality, reliability and smooth processes.
- Organisational talent, resilience and flexibility – even when several topics require attention simultaneously.
- Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 and willingness to familiarise yourself with our systems.
- An independent, solution-oriented working style as well as team spirit and high social competence.
What we offer you
- A responsible and varied leadership role with plenty of scope for design on site.
- An international, future-oriented environment with flat hierarchies and a strong team culture.
- A lived informal culture that supports openness, collaboration and short decision-making paths.
- Attractive social benefits as well as a half-fare travelcard.
- Diverse employee offers in the area of travel and leisure within the HomeToGo group and with partners.
- A working environment where operational experience, organisational talent and service orientation really count.
