Portrait of the School/Institution
Discover Pieterlen: the pearl at the southern foot of the Jura and near the idyllic Lake Biel! We teach around 650 children and young people from kindergarten to 9th grade. Teach in a team with motivated and creative teachers. We run 7 mixed-age kindergarten classes at the kindergarten level.
Experiencing nature and teaching outdoors is an integral part of the lessons.
Due to the absence of two students, we are looking for two friendly, loving kindergarten teachers starting no later than the 2nd semester of the 25_26 school year.

Tasks
- Teaching a kindergarten class with 15 or 17 children
- 6.66 lessons all day Tuesday (1 LP)
- 11.4 lessons all day Tuesday and Friday morning (1 LP)
- Joy and motivation to accompany the children in everyday life and to inspire them for new things
Requirements
- You are a trained teacher for kindergarten/primary level or are in training for it
- or you have a comparable qualification and already have experience in teaching/caring for children
- Willingness to collaborate in a team and with the IF teachers
- Heart and empathy for the youngest at our school : )
- Start of work from the 2nd semester of the 25_26 school year, earlier start possible/desirable.
