The Workshop Management is looking for a Certified Socio-Professional Supervisor (M/F) for the Espace-Graphique workshops with an 80% activity rate.
Mission
You offer workers individualized support through activities related to printing and mailing. You are committed to developing and maintaining their skills according to their individual projects, needs, and desires. You ensure the operation of the specialized activities of the Espace-Graphique workshops in synergy with your colleagues, particularly in terms of substitution and organization.
You are responsible for the proper execution of assignments in terms of quality and meeting deadlines and adapt the organization of work according to clients' wishes.
Responsibilities
Provide workers with support related to their specific needs and printing and/or binding activities.
Promote an adapted social integration process.
Work interdisciplinarily respecting institutional policies.
Integrate your activity into the institutional functioning and all EBHL workshops.
Promote the workshop's activity externally.
Be proactive in proposing support strategies and tasks related to the workshops.
Participate in educational reflections and orientations during interdisciplinary exchanges and actively collaborate with internal and external networks, families, and guardians.
Ensure administrative tasks related to the workshop and workers.
Develop workers' acquisition of new skills through appropriate pedagogical means and targeted activities.
Acquire and master the gestures related to the specific printing activity.
Desired Profile
Recognized MSP diploma or equivalent qualification.
Commercial employee CFC and/or extensive technical knowledge of printing-related activities.
Proven professional experience in the field of disability and behavioral disorders - ASD.
Organizational skills, collaboration, and networking abilities.
Adaptability and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in workshop management is an asset.
