Job Description - Your Responsibilities:
- Consulting municipalities, architects and builders
- Review of building applications and preparation of expert reports
- Preparation of building permit drafts
Qualifications - Your Profile:
- Completed training in construction technology or commercial training with experience in municipal building administration
- Specialist course for Lucerne building administration or in training
- Familiar with building submissions and laws in construction (ideally from the canton of Lucerne)
- Confident appearance, appropriate communication skills and enjoyment in customer service
- High degree of independence with precise and detail-oriented working style
