We are looking for you from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as a

HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

• You advise and support managers and employees of the Finance Department on all topics along the HR lifecycle
• You design and accompany recruitment processes as well as the onboarding and offboarding phases of employees
• You support managers in the development and promotion of employees
• You plan and conduct workshops, training sessions, and information events on HR-relevant topics
• You ensure the correct application of personnel law as well as the uniform implementation of HR instruments and HR processes in the Finance Department
• You accompany organisational and change processes and support the further development of the organisation
• You actively participate in HR projects and in the further development of HR processes and HR instruments

• You have a higher education in HR, business administration, or social sciences as well as ideally further training in the HR field, for example the federal HR specialist certificate
• You bring professional experience in personnel management or a comparable HR function
• You advise managers competently and meet different stakeholders at eye level
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and appropriately for the target audience and have a good sense for conflict resolution
• You think strategically and networked, act solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in complex situations
• You convince through initiative, commitment, and assertiveness and actively shape changes
• You work in a structured, independent manner and are characterised by a high organisational ability
