Start: immediate or by arrangement. We are looking EXCLUSIVELY.

These are your tasks

• You keep the threads together in HR and ensure that administrative processes concerning employees run smoothly
• You handle applications and accompany candidates through the recruiting process
• You prepare work references (Swiss+) and ensure clean and professional documentation
• You support administrative HR matters and take responsibility where your team needs you
• You assist the application managers of the Microsoft ERP BC365
• You work with HR systems and digital tools and contribute to their further development

What we expect from you

• You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ and ideally further training in HR
• You already bring at least three years of experience in operational personnel work
• You work reliably, precisely and organised – even when several topics land on your desk simultaneously
• You communicate openly and gladly with different people
• You have a good sense of priorities and like to think one step ahead
• You are an uncomplicated, team-oriented personality who takes responsibility and likes to get involved
