The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new constructions and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

Our quality management system is established and has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 2024. A structured process management as well as modern and efficient QMS/IMS software provide a solid foundation for this.

For the professional development and sustainable anchoring of our quality management, we are looking for a committed and competent individual as

Quality Management Specialist, 80 - 100 %

This is how you support us:

• You ensure the conformity and further development of our QMS according to the requirements of ISO 9001
• You ensure the application and further development of our company-wide standards and practical processes
• You advise and support our process owners in designing, documenting and continuously improving their processes
• You plan, manage and accompany internal and external quality audits and coordinate the resulting measures
• You contribute significantly to ensuring efficient and high-quality services for our customers
• As a superuser, you take responsibility for our integrated management system IMS, including data maintenance, configuration and administration
• You live the PDCA cycle by defining and analysing quality surveys and feedback from our stakeholders and conducting the annual management review in collaboration with the management

This is how you convince us:

• You are studying or have completed higher education or further training, preferably in quality management, process management, healthcare, business administration or a comparable field
• You have knowledge of quality management, preferably ISO 9001, and experience in leading or participating in projects
• You have a high IT affinity and enjoy professionally handling modern QMS/IMS systems
• You enjoy not only administratively managing quality management but also effectively and practically developing it together with the specialist departments
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and have a pronounced organisational talent
• You are administratively skilled and confident in using Microsoft Office
• You communicate clearly and reliably and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• You are flexible and resilient and keep an overview even during dynamic phases
• You like to get involved, take responsibility and ensure that tasks and pending matters are consistently followed up
