Responsibilities:
- Support and development of existing
customer relationships as well as potential business relationships - Active participation in upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support of internal consulting teams in the implementation of services and software solutions as well as effective project planning
- Troubleshooting and coordination in cross-functional projects
- Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions
- Contact person for external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in the IT and software industry
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking
- Enjoyment of telephone and personal customer contact
- IT affinity
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
