Securities Processing Consultant

Your Tasks
- Ensuring daily business as deputy/backup in the areas of securities delivery, corporate actions, special conditions, stock exchange cancellations as well as custody master data, fund savings plans, settlements, registered share entries and tax certificates
- Providing information on booked investment fees, making corrections and checking/accounting invoices from external partners (e.g. SIX/SIS, Bern Stock Exchange)
- Interface between client advisors and outsourcing partners, including clarifications, quality monitoring and maintenance of the internal control system (ICS)
- Control of custody fee runs as well as relevant reporting from the outsourcing partner (QI, FATCA and AIA reporting)
- Participation in projects, testing activities during system releases and identification of process optimisations
- Handling access to general meetings, preparing confirmations for external asset managers and deputy participation in company meetings
- The position is initially limited to 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Our Requirements
- Solid expertise and professional experience in securities processing
- Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Finnova is an advantage
- Independent, precise and well-organised working style
