YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Processing of damage cases as well as warranty and service work
Quotation and order management of various assignments
Recording, processing and coordination of 2-year warranty work
Independent order processing and telephone customer support

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Mandatory commercial training (KV) or several years of office experience in a technical environment, preferably in the kitchen or household appliances sector
Communication skills and high customer orientation
Commitment, independence and resilience
Good IT user skills
Confident German in spoken and written form
