The Regional Nursing Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
The "Intensive Care" department offers a total of 10 places for residents, of which 5 places are available for ventilated residents. After the renovation, this nursing department will offer 25 nursing places.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable and committed individual as Professional Responsibility Nursing (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Professional Responsibility Nursing (m/f/d), Intensive Care, 80 - 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You take over the professional leadership of the staff in the nursing department in consultation with the management and the nursing specialist
- You ensure professional, evidence-based nursing
- You reflect, review and plan appropriate and sustainable implementation strategies for the professional development of the staff in the nursing department in collaboration with the nursing department management, such as consolidating the nursing process, implementing innovations, coaching staff, etc.
- You advise, empower and support the nursing team in complex and challenging care situations
- You review work instructions, participate in projects and conduct knowledge transfers in the nursing departments
- You conduct regular case discussions in the nursing departments
- You apply your knowledge in ventilation management
- You participate in the incontinence group
- You assist directly in nursing care
This is how you convince us:
- You have a Bachelor of Science (FH) degree in Nursing with knowledge in long-term care and ventilation management
- Ideally, you have additional training as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or NDS HF Emergency Care
- You have already gained experience in professional leadership and have used it sustainably for the benefit of nursing teams
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You enjoy implementing and accompanying change processes
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality
- You possess strong social and self-competence with the ability to network effectively
- You present yourself professionally and as a positive role model
