Ward A0 for Depression Treatment
The ward specialises in the treatment of people with depressive symptoms. The therapeutic work is based on a multidimensional understanding of depression. Psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment is carried out according to the latest knowledge and primarily integrates modular CBASP and ACT. Additionally, complementary medical offers are used. The usually open maisonette ward has 21 treatment places.
Your Tasks
- Individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key worker duties and in consultation with the core team
- Responsibility for nursing development and quality control on the ward
- Participation in specialist working groups and projects
- Ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration
- Leading individual conversations, group sessions, and reports
- Coordination and planning of treatment with the responsible doctors and therapists
- Supporting patients in daily living activities and accompanying them in crisis situations
Your Profile
For this exciting role, you have a nursing qualification at HF / FH level and professional experience in psychiatric nursing. If you appreciate the therapeutic concepts CBASP and ACT and enjoy working closely in an interprofessional team to support people in inpatient treatment, then read on. Are you an open, communicative, and present personality who thinks and acts in a recovery-oriented manner and is willing to continuously further your education and share this knowledge with the nursing team?
