Specialist with Deputy Head HR Payroll 80-100%

Your Tasks and Perspectives

Professional support of the team and taking on coordination tasks as well as deputising for the Payroll management in their absence
Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing for approximately 9000 employees for the HOCH company and its subsidiaries
Participation in the further development and digitalisation of payroll and HR processes as well as support in optimising the HR system landscape
Responsibility for complex issues in the areas of payroll, social insurance, withholding tax and pension fund accounting
Collaboration on monthly, annual and closing tasks as well as coordination with internal and external parties
Conducting the annual salary review and participation in payroll projects

Specialised HR training (further training as a payroll or social insurance specialist or expert)
Proven several years of professional experience in Swiss payroll processing, preferably in a large company
Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance, withholding tax and payroll matters
Proficient use of MS Office programmes, very good Excel and SAP skills as a prerequisite
Understanding of complex contexts, high service orientation and enjoyment in further developing processes
