HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (all) 80 - 100%

You are passionate about...

• the administrative support of our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle – reliably, efficiently and with high service quality
• ensuring smooth HR operations as well as competently supporting our employees and managers via the HR Service Desk on general HR, payroll and social security matters
• preparing, executing and following up on the monthly payroll processing
• assisting with account reconciliations, audits and year-end closing tasks
• working with Abacus and other digital HR solutions and enjoying actively shaping their development and processes
• meaningful BI reports that you keep up to date with the relevant HR key figures

You inspire us...

• with a commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist with a federal diploma, ideally complemented by further training in payroll
• through several years of experience in HR operations and payroll as well as sound knowledge of Swiss payroll administration and social insurance
• with your strong IT affinity, pronounced process understanding and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions
• through practical experience with Abacus, which is a great advantage for this role
• with your independent, service-oriented and precise working style and your understanding of numbers and interrelationships
• with your very good German and business fluent English skills
