• Holistic and appreciative care, support and accompaniment of elderly people with psychiatric illnesses (mainly dementia and delirium) in a three-shift system
• Nursing key worker role and creation of sustainable therapeutic relationships considering individual life stories and resources
• Close cooperation with relatives and professionals from various occupational groups
• Co-responsibility for the guidance and support of students and trainees
• Support and promotion of diploma nurses in training in professional practice

What you bring with you

• Diploma nurse HF/FH, DN II or AKP (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
• Ideally experience in old age psychiatry, geriatrics or long-term care
• Openness to new developments and enjoyment of a lively environment
• Team-oriented and empathetic personality
