Your Tasks
As an IT supporter, you are responsible for first and second level support and competently and solution-oriented assist our customers with technical concerns. You take over the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components and ensure that systems run smoothly. In addition, you analyze and resolve disruptions in the IT infrastructure and contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT environment with your structured way of working. Documenting support cases and their solutions is also part of your responsibilities.
Your Profile
You have completed training in the IT field – for example as an IT specialist EFZ – or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in IT support, preferably in the Microsoft environment. You apply your solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 purposefully in daily work. A strong customer orientation as well as clear and friendly communication characterize you, as does your independent and solution-oriented way of working. A category B driving license is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
