CAFM Specialist

What you will do here

At 60% workload

• Define data and processes related to building services engineering systems, ticketing and access systems for the Biel/Bienne campus and integrate them into the CAFM (waveware)
• Maintain, update and optimise CAFM and BIM data as well as support staff as superusers in daily operations
• Establish, maintain and further develop energy accounting for the campus (major consumers)
• Design, adapt and continuously develop reporting and processes in ongoing operations

Optionally extendable up to 100%

• Independently maintain, inspect and service technical systems and facilities

What you ideally bring with you

• A technical basic education, preferably in building services engineering or facility management, supplemented by further training at a higher technical college
• Affinity for IT systems as well as experience with CAFM systems and knowledge of BIM
• Independent, reliable and flexible working style with a strong service orientation
• Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders such as staff, lecturers and students
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are an advantage
