• Support of project managers and management in structuring projects
• Monitoring of deadlines, work packages, pending tasks for projects, communication, correspondence
• Monitoring and preparation of upcoming invoices
• Coordination of completed orders with the central invoicing office
• Preparing project reporting and processing financial data
• Creating offers in SAP
• Creating and maintaining project structures and customer orders in SAP (entire lifecycle) on behalf of the order manager/project manager
• Transparent, efficient and correct representation of contracts/orders in SAP
• Representation and maintenance of preliminary planning based on sales planning in SAP

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training in a technical environment or completed further training as a technical clerk
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (especially modules PS and SD)
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Independent and proactive working style
• Fluent German skills, English and French are an advantage

About the department

The service offering of the Business Segment focuses on providing services for tracked vehicles, recoilless rifles, as well as the infantry weapons cluster of the Swiss Army and international customers.
Whether the customer commissions an extension of use, the development of new solutions for the platforms, or the maintenance of systems or subsystems at RUAG, our focus is on cost, quality and meeting deadlines.
Within the scope of business cases, the operational readiness of the Swiss Army's systems is primarily ensured with our expertise in project planning, maintenance and system support.
