We, Dachfenster Keller GmbH, have been the Swiss roof window specialist for over 30 years and stand for innovative and high-quality roof window solutions of all kinds. Since 2024, the brand Service Friends Keller has also been part of us, handling service cases for roof and façade windows.

The foundation of our success is our approximately 20 motivated and qualified employees who are on the road daily throughout Switzerland, as well as a dedicated office and field service team that ensures all coordination and sales.

About the Deputy Operations Manager Role

· Responsibility for the installation appointments of all installers

· Responsibility for the operational day-to-day business

About the Installation Role

· Installation and replacement of roof windows and accessories of all brands

· Work preparation and coordination of construction sites in collaboration with the operations manager

· Site management

· General carpentry and joinery work as needed (manufacture of own roof window linings)

· Management of the warehouse

Your Profile

· Completed basic training in the construction or related industry (carpenter / joiner / roofer / tinsmith)

· Professional experience in the window industry is an advantage

· Driving licence category B

· Enjoyment of a varied daily routine, diverse construction sites and demanding clientele

· Good German language skills, both spoken and written

· Neat appearance and pleasant communication skills, high service orientation
