Your tasks:

Advice on real estate financing for property acquisitions or mortgage renewals, handling leads generated by our teams in French and English

Developing an optimal financing strategy for our clients

Managing financing requests and negotiating with financial partners

Risk analysis and advice on pension planning related to financing

Calculating the potential for tax optimization considering all factors

You are able to manage the entire financing process independently, from the first contact to the completion of the file, collaborating with all stakeholders: clients, banks, notaries, pension institutions, and insurance companies

Build a trusting relationship and support your clients using modern market tools

Follow the company strategy and achieve set objectives

Develop your network and strengthen your reputation as a real estate financing expert

Job prerequisites

Your profile:

From 2-3 years of experience in the mortgage field

IAF or equivalent training (AFA/VBV) is an asset

Experience in life insurance (advice or analysis) is an asset

You enjoy sales and have a commercial profile

Swiss nationality or valid residence/work permit

Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English

You are very customer-oriented, with excellent negotiation and active listening skills

Flexible, open, dynamic, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous, you enjoy taking on new challenges and have excellent priority management.

You are independent and proactive in your daily work but also have a team spirit

You have excellent organization skills and know how to meet deadlines.
