For an internship from October 2025 to June 2026, we are looking for

Intern Learning & Development 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

in the Human Resources department at the headquarters in Lucerne

Your tasks

Preparation and implementation of the monthly onboarding events for Retail and HQ
Coordination of the various stakeholders (stores, presenters, Aurum, building services, hotels, restaurants, etc.)
Management of courses and campaigns on the e-learning platform
Collaboration in the further development of the e-learning offerings
Communication around online learning
Participation in in-house training topics & current L&D projects

Your skills

Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in work and organizational psychology or similar
Experience in administration
MS Office skills
Winning personality, enjoyment in hosting, reliability, high attention to detail, digital affinity
Fluent German and English skills (French and Italian are an advantage)
Experience in hospitality, luxury industry and/or retail is an advantage
Experience in event management is an advantage
