This is how you shape health

• You are responsible for the application management of our input management applications as well as the central data platform
• You manage the entire lifecycle, from operation, costs, and capacities to changes, releases, tests, and implementation
• You are the central contact person for business units and IT, manage external partners, and represent SWICA's interests towards suppliers and providers
• You analyse and prioritise requirements and drive digitalisation and automation together with the business units
• You keep an eye on dependencies, interfaces, and data flows and help design cross-system solutions
• You ensure compliance with requirements for information security, data protection, IAM, governance, and business continuity

What sets you apart

• Advanced professional training in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH/university) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management, service management, technical product management, or a comparable function
• Good understanding of modern input management solutions, data platforms, and complex system landscapes, ideally in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Experience in managing external IT service providers, software suppliers, and service providers
• You quickly grasp technical contexts and confidently mediate between business and technology
• Experience in input management, intelligent document processing, or the insurance environment is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
