To support our university team, we are looking for an
Employee Office Management & IT Support (90-100%)
Tasks
- Coordination and handling of the administrative tasks of the study secretariat (including management and support of school administration data and the teaching platform OpenOlat, invoicing, project management, general administrative duties)
- Contact person for prospective students, students, lecturers and staff of Careum University of Health
- Close collaboration with the entire office and teaching team of Careum University of Health
- Advising prospective students including acquisition and follow-up actions
- Responsible for IT first-level support and management of hardware and licences
- Participation in internal and external communication in cooperation with the Head of Communication & Marketing
- Organisation and execution of events and meetings
Requirements
- Commercial training
- Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the education sector as course administration
- IT affinity, solid PC skills as well as initial experience in content management systems (web design) and first-level support advantageous
- Fluent oral and written expression in German; very good knowledge of English and possibly French
- Structured working with good self-organisation, quick comprehension, flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Communicative and service-oriented personality who takes on independent areas of responsibility
