In the Winterthur-Stadt district, around 300 students from kindergarten to 6th grade attend the Neuwiesen-Brühlberg school, which consists of three locations. The school is progressive with a highly motivated team of teachers; one location works with multi-grade classes, while the other location organizes classes by grade levels. In this versatile role as Co-Principal, starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement, you will jointly lead the Neuwiesen-Brühlberg Primary School together with the motivated and experienced co-leader.

Your Tasks

Operational management of the school unit in organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school budget) together with the existing co-principal

Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff

Promoting and ensuring school and quality development

Representing the school internally and externally

Collaboration with the school board, education management, and school principals in Winterthur

Your Profile

Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational field, preferably with school management experience

Started or completed school leadership training

Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary school level is desired

Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations

Flair for organizational and administrative tasks

Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
