IT Area
- Implementation and management of IT, ERP, VoIP telephony, time recording system, alarm system, video surveillance, and door locking system

Coordination of external IT service providers and suppliers
Error analysis and troubleshooting for IT problems (1st Level Support)
Management of user access and network drive access
Configuration and management of hardware
Support and training of employees in IT and ERP issues
Maintenance of the website (Backend) Requirements
Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics,

business administration or a related field

At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience, ideally in an SME in a technical environment, industry or B2B
High IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
You speak fluent German and can communicate well in French and English both orally and in writing.
You enjoy working in small teams or in an SME.
