Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You monitor material availability and coordinate orders according to demand.
Processing of quotations, orders, and delivery confirmations is part of your duties.
In case of delivery delays and complaints, you initiate the necessary steps.
You maintain supplier master data and item information in the ERP system.
Together with internal departments, you review procurement requests and delivery options.
Through regular market observation, you assess prices and available sources of supply.
You support the further development of existing supplier relationships.
You participate in supplier visits to coordinate with business partners.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training with commercial further education.
Further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate, is an advantage.
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, in scheduling or in production planning and control.
At least five years of experience in procurement, ideally with international suppliers.
Confident use of MS Office and interest in digital procurement processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured way of working.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
