Responsibilities:
Coordination of order processing for international customers
Handling customer concerns and deviations in daily business
Maintenance and control of master data, prices, and sales documents
Verification of invoices and preparation of corresponding corrections
Determination of goods origins and classification for customs purposes
Support in building internal import and export processes
Participation in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in international sales
Assumption of administrative tasks in international projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, supplemented by customs or foreign trade knowledge
Professional experience in international sales administration
Understanding of export, import, and customs processes
Good ERP and MS Office skills
Additional language skills are an advantage
Independent working style with good team coordination
Decision-making ability in operational daily business
Very good German and good English skills
