The industry organisation Alliance SwissPass, which unites 250 transport companies and 20 tariff associations, offers you the opportunity to do so. With our products such as the SwissPass or the general subscription, we are present throughout Switzerland and are world leaders. With attractive tariffs and assortments, advanced sales channels, uniform customer information and innovative projects, we are committed to easy access to public transport in Switzerland. We are looking for you from 01.02.2026 or by arrangement to strengthen the office in Bern!

These are your tasks:

• Processing and further development of sales systems, tariff and assortment offers and new sales forms in public transport
• Analysis of industry needs and preparation of decision-making bases
• Maintenance and further development of relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Representation of the office in specialist committees, working groups and projects
• Collaboration on strategic issues and industry initiatives
• Development of industry standards, guidelines and concepts
• Preparation of complex specialist topics, creation of reports, presentations and decision-making bases

What you bring with you:

• Higher education or further training (Federal Diploma, Bachelor level) in business administration, transport, mobility, marketing, sales or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in public transport, preferably in sales-related specialist areas
• Communicative personality with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to network people and drive joint solutions forward
• Knowledge of project management and understanding of strategic issues
• Very good German skills (C2), good French skills (B2)
