Tasks and Responsibilities
- Creation of circuit models and other trades according to the modeling guideline
- Comparison of models with point clouds
- Checking models for completeness, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
- Maintenance and management of model information
Profile and Requirements
- Studies in architecture or related fields
- Extensive experience in modeling with Revit
- Understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Experience with BIM standards and their application in projects
- Knowledge of working with point clouds (e.g., from laser scans) is an advantage
- Very good English or German skills
