Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creation of circuit models and other trades according to the modeling guideline
• Comparison of models with point clouds
• Checking models for completeness, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards
• Maintenance and management of model information

Profile and Requirements

• Studies in architecture or related fields
• Extensive experience in modeling with Revit
• Understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Experience with BIM standards and their application in projects
• Knowledge of working with point clouds (e.g., from laser scans) is an advantage
• Very good English or German skills
